High Rise Private Security Pty. Ltd. is an Australian owned family company that was established in May of 1990. Since then it has progressed from a one-man operation into a successful business employing 10 core personnel with a further twenty guards who are available at short notice.
Our clientele include security firms, solicitors, retails outlets, building sites and high-rise apartment blocks. We also install, monitor and respond to our own alarms. Our core business is Static Guards for high-rise apartment blocks and we have successfully dealt with Meriton Apartments Pty. Ltd in this area for the past seven years.
THE DIRECTOR
Alex Dica established High Rise Private Security Pty. Ltd. in May 1990 and has been involved in the security industry since 1988. Alex holds all necessary licenses such as IA and 15, Corporate, Alarm Installations, Firearm Accreditation as well as his Private Investigators License.
Alex continues to oversee the operations as the company expands, keeping in constant touch with his senior personnel who control the daily operations. This frees Alex from day to day routines and enables him to maintain the high standard of his organisation by liasing on a daily basis with building managers, other clientele and handling new business enquiries.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
At High Rise, we believe that security is as much a personal relations exercise as it is a duty to protect people and their properties. We specialise in residential high-rise security and our aim is to understand the varying needs of our clients at each location. In particular, in identifying and rectifying any potential weaknesses once a block commences.

Jobs are commissioned in writing when time permits or in the majority of cases, verbally. Either way a job description is provided to all guards who are then sent immediately to the location.

PERSONNEL
All staff are highly competent in communication and interpersonal skills. We understand the importance of being courteous and helpful whilst remaining firm when necessary. Guards on high-rise apartments in particular are seen as the link between the residents and management of the building. All incidents are recorded in the daily log and are reported back to management to ensure any problems are effectively communication.
Each of our guards have successfully completed the appropriate NSW Police ID department's approved Security Industry Training Courses with the minimum requirement of a 1A and lB Security License.
SUPERVISION
For each location managed by High Rise Private Security there is an area supervisor to which each owner must report directly to during each call.
The supervisor overseeing your premises will ensure that all appointed security personnel are punctual, properly deployed and correctly attired for the job.
Our mobile supervisors can be contacted 24 hours a day and conduct random inspections of your premises to guarantee that all routine procedures and policies are strictly adhered to.
High Rise Private Security has a reliable 24 hours, seven days a week attendance, with only an hours notice required to attend extra duties special occasions.
We also off services such as body guards, dog patrols, private investigations cash protection, closed circuit television and alarm responses and wherever necessary, guards are provided with a mobile phone to ensure contact is always maintained.
